    for a little girl from the Luoyang Children’s Welfare Institute in Henan. She was born May 1, 2005 and has a cleft palate. We are hoping to travel in January, but need to wait for PA first. It will be a long 1-1 1/2 months. Really wanted to get in contact with others adopting from Henan. There doesn’t seem to be much info on the internet about adoptions from this province. I will be following your journey online and hope all goes quickly for you.
